Fitness centre Huissen, the Netherlands

Variopool installed a movable floor in the special groups pool in the fitness centre in Huissen, the Netherlands. The floor is used for a range of purposes, including therapy lessons and rehabilitation. The floor in the fitness centre pool has dimensions of 14.5 metres x 11 metres, which means that it is also possible to train or teach a lesson to a larger group simultaneously. Stairs were integrated into the movable floor, allowing people to enter the pool easily and independently. The stairs pivot with the movable floor as soon as the depth of the floor has been changed. This makes it possible to continue to use the stairs at any depth.
